Helping your little one’s sleep soundly night after night

Do you want relaxing bedtime routines? No more early starts? Do you get the night time dread? Would you benefit from a daytime routine that works for you and your family? Do you want to make change but don’t know where to start? Do you simply just want clarity? If the answer is yes to one or more of these then keep reading.

I work with parents in a simple and straightforward way to help transform sleep wholly for both you and your little ones.

If I handed you a 24 page document and 14 pages of that was your 3 week ‘plan’ I would expect you to throw it back in my face.

I will you give a straightforward and fluff-free sleep plan the day we start. And that can be tonight.

I won’t ask for sleep logs before we start or ask you to find time for a sleep consultation. We will speak via voice notes and Whatsapp to ensure you feel comfortable and motivated throughout the support period. Your little one will be sleeping independently at the end of the support period, if not before!

Decades of research on attachment tells us that consistent and responsive parenting promotes optimal development.

This is the same with sleep training.

Don’t want to ‘cry it out’ but ready for independent sleep? Let’s work together and start your little one’s life-changing sleep journey today.

Hello! I am Eve, mother to two children and founder of The Little House of Sleep.

I am an OCN Certified Infant Sleep Coach 0-6 years based in Devon and have first hand experience of the challenges lack of sleep bring to a family. I have always loved sleep, mostly for myself but now for my whole family.

My first child was the velcro baby we all know and love. Wonderful cuddles but impossible to get anything done and very fractured sleep!

My second, with a combination of nature and nurture was a sleep superstar from very early on.

I wanted to enjoy having a newborn and a toddler and I was dreading the sleepless nights and the inconsistent back breaking settling at nap times so I did something about it.

I really am passionate about sleep and improving the lives of the families I work with in a simple and straightforward way. When I was sleep deprived I didn’t have 3 weeks of more sleepless nights left in me. To be asked to follow a complicated plan would have pushed me over the edge. I wanted results quickly and efficiently and that is how I work.

I believe that every baby’s sleep needs are different and together we will establish what works for you and your little one avoiding generic misinformation.

Having predictability in my day transformed who I was as a parent and I have first hand experience of what positive changes sleep training can make to your mindset.

I help exhausted families see that good sleep really is not a luxury and can be achieved with my straightforward help and guidance.

“I have really valued the honest, judgement free and supportive advice I have received from Eve. She has helped me to achieve later wake ups and guided me in adjusting our nap schedule so that it’s more age appropriate. Eve has a very gentle way about her -she’s calm, concise and has become someone I really trust. Thank you Eve for all your words of wisdom and help.”

Jessica

Sleep is not a luxury and we cannot be the best parents we want to be when we are sleep deprived. Don’t feel guilty, our little one’s need sleep and so do we!

I offer two packages, one for babies 4-14 months and one for toddlers 14-48 months. It is quite simple.

Sleep isn’t linear so my packages come with one-to-one support to empower you and guide you through any adjustments that might be needed. The process allows me to get to know your little one on a deeper level and we will navigate the journey together. During the support period I will teach you everything you need to know to ensure you reach your sleep goals.

One final thing

I wouldn’t be doing my job properly if I wasn’t being honest about something.

Tears

Firstly I want to reassure you that the method I use isn’t ‘cry-it-out’, it is supportive and responsive to your little one’s needs. I wouldn’t do it with my little one’s so I wouldn’t expect you to do it with yours.

Here is the but… if you want your little one to learn to fall asleep themselves this is going to involve change. There are a number of areas we can work on before sleep training but tears are a natural response to change and how they will communicate their frustrations with you. You are either making change or you are not.

With consistency and persistence your little one can learn to sleep better in just a few days with my guidance and support.

Finding the strength is the first step. The next step is rationalising sleep training and knowing you are making positive changes that are right for your family.

We can do this together.
