I won’t ask you to fill in lengthy questionnaires or do sleep logs before we start, we start straight away. I do a full analysis of your toddlers current day and night sleep data, habits and challenges starting from night one.
Whether we have been chatting on Instagram dm’s, via voicenotes on Whatsapp or in person I will provide you with the tools you need to get started with making changes straight away.
Before bedtime I will provide you with a tailored game plan so you know exactly what you need to do to start seeing results with your toddlers sleep straight away!
This includes a post bedtime de-brief on night one to ensure you feel confident going into the night and following day ahead and after that we will have a check in the next day.
Over the 2 week support period I will teach you all you need to know about your toddlers sleep to ensure you feel confident in reaching your sleep goals. I use Whatsapp check ins to make any adjustments or tweaks necessary and to keep you on track.
There is some built in prep time within this two week period to ensure your toddler is fully briefed on the changes being made. As we know, toddlers don’t like unwanted surprises!
